About Me

After twenty years of teaching in primary schools and mentoring student teachers, I have now stepped away from the classroom to focus on coaching.

Having completed an MA in Education (leadership and management), I became fascinated with the benefits and processes of coaching.

I completed my International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited training with Barefoot Coaching and have also completed my Post-Graduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching.

My Journey

A journey of learning, growth and passion –
leading me to where I am today

I am a great believer in ‘The mind that holds the problem, holds the solution’. I use a range of tools, strategies and questioning to help clients see a different view of themselves and the world around them. I am happy to coach whilst meandering around the countryside (with or without my dog), online or face to face. All I ask is that you are open and honest with me and yourself.

What are the basics?

Coaching is an opportunity to create a safe space and time for you to think about you. It is a trusted partnership between coach and client which focuses on the needs of the client at any given time. It works on the principle that you are a whole person with strengths and weaknesses. You are not broken, and I am not there to fix you.

I believe that everyone has
the answers within them.
My role is to walk alongside you,
ask the right questions and
help you unlock your potential.
